Job Interview : Don’t Fret !

1. Attending a job interview is not as fretful as defending a dissertation
2. First of all, you need to prepare yourself by getting to know the company you’re applying for
3. You have know at least their main business, their products and customers
4. Knowing the company’s policies is not less important, especially about what an employee can and can’t do during working hours
5. Then you’ve got to be familiar with the position you’re applying for
6. This is the best done if you know what duties and responsibilities you might have and what skills you need to have to accomplish them
7. Finally, you need to tell the employers why you want to work for them and what you can offer them
8. Explaining what you can offer the employers will be more convincing if you can tell them what training you’ve had and about your previous job experience
9. However, being well informed about the company and the position you’re applying for is not enough if you don’t look presentable
10. So, pay aatention to what you wear and how you behave during the interview
